Acceptance House is a recovery residence where men can begin to rebuild their lives in a safe, substance-free, and compassionate environment. Our mission is to support residents as they transition from intensive treatment into sustainable, independent sobriety.
At Acceptance House, we foster a community grounded in personal accountability, mutual respect, and emotional growth. We believe that healing happens through structure, connection, and the daily practice of self-worth. Our goal is to help each resident create a solid foundation for lasting recovery and a more meaningful, healthy life.

At Acceptance House, we ask that all residents secure employment or engage in meaningful volunteer work within two weeks of moving in. We’re committed to supporting each person in finding purpose—whether through a job that builds confidence or service that strengthens connection.
We also require every resident to have a sponsor and to actively participate in a recovery program such as AA, NA, or CA. These commitments are part of building a life rooted in accountability, integrity, and long-term healing.
By joining Acceptance House, residents agree to uphold the values and guidelines that create safety and structure for everyone in our home. Our sincere hope is that each person who walks through our doors finds a path to greater wholeness—one that includes self-respect, community, and the possibility of something better.
